All attendees are asked to complete this general registration form for the Mental Health Summit. The meeting link to join on June 2 will be available on the post-registration page which appears immediately after submitting this form. You will also have an option on that page to enter your email address to receive the meeting link by email.

CE/CME Registration: Health care professionals interested in 3 CE/CME credits for the morning session (9am-12pm) should register here and also register through TMS (VA providers) or VHA TRAIN (non-VA providers) by June 1. Detailed instructions for TMS/VHA TRAIN registration will be available on the post-registration page and through the confirmation email option on the post-registration page. Accreditation is available for these disciplines: APA/NBCC, ASWB, ANCC, ACCME/ACCME-NP, AOTA, & ACPE.

Please note: To receive 3 hours of credit, you will need to register in TMS/VHA TRAIN by 6/1, attend the full morning session (9am-12pm), and complete the TMS/VHA TRAIN evaluation to receive a certificate.
